Privacy Policy

• Account details you give us: your name, email, company name, website, industry, and goals.
• Content you create in the app: requests, tasks, messages, feedback, and milestones.
• Basic usage information needed to run and secure the service.
• If you sign in with Google: your Google profile (name, email, profile picture).
• If you connect Google Calendar: the calendar events we create or update for your assigned tasks.
• If you connect Google Analytics: that your account is connected, and (once we turn this feature on) basic site metrics like visits and conversions, so we can show you what's working.

We use your information to run the service: to set up your workspace, deliver your tasks, send the notifications and reminders you've turned on, and provide support. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

When you connect a Google account, we only use that access to provide the feature you asked for. Nothing more.

• Sign in with Google: we use this to log you in.
• Google Calendar: we add or update calendar events for your assigned tasks. We don't read your other events.
• Google Analytics: we use this to see how your site is doing, so your tasks and reports get sharper. We don't share this data with anyone else, and we don't use it for ads.

We never sell Google user data, and we never use it for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

AI and your Google data. We use a third-party AI service (Groq) to help draft your weekly and monthly reports. That AI only receives information you created inside Nic&Co.: your business details and your task and milestone activity. We never send Google user data, including your Google Calendar data, to Groq or any other AI service. No Google user data, whether raw, aggregated, or derived, is ever used to develop, improve, or train any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.

Nic&Co.'s use of information received from Google Workspace APIs, and any data derived from it, will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and will not be used to create, train, or improve generalized or foundational AI/ML models.

You can disconnect any Google integration at any time from your dashboard's Integrations page. Disconnecting stops us from accessing that data going forward, and deletes the access we were using to fetch it. If you want us to also delete Google data we already have (like the profile info tied to your account), email us and we'll take care of it. You can also remove Nic&Co.'s access entirely at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

We share data only with the providers that help us run the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Groq (the AI that drafts your reports), and Google (sign-in, calendar, and analytics, if you connect them). Each only receives what they need to do their part, and we never send your Google user data to the AI.

• All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encrypted at rest by our database and hosting providers.
• Access is locked down per account: security rules mean each client can only see and change their own data.
• Sensitive credentials, like the tokens that let us connect to your Google account, are stored on our servers only. They are never exposed to your browser or shared with anyone else.
• Only authorized team members can reach the systems that hold your data, and only when it's needed to run the service or support you.
• We keep your data only while your account is active, and delete it on request.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing us, and we'll take care of it.

• Turn email alerts on or off in your settings.
• Connect or disconnect Google Calendar and Google Analytics from your Integrations page.
• Remove Nic&Co.'s Google access completely from your Google Account permissions page.
• Request a copy of your data, or deletion, by email.

If we update this policy, we'll change the date above and, for meaningful changes, let you know in the app or by email.
